YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING

Empower the next generation

with our Youth Weightlifting program, designed to build strength, confidence, and discipline. This program is best for youth ages 10-18 who want to compete in Weightlifting or improve their overall strength and athleticism for another sport, or general fitness. Our certified coaches create a safe and supportive environment for young athletes to learn proper technique and develop lifelong skills💛💪🏼

Youth athletes must begin with a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches to evaluate their starting point and are comfortable and confident with their movements before transitioning into supervised youth coaching hours.

This program can be joined at any time. Membership is $115/month for 2-3 weekly sessions.
