WHAT

FRANABEL + Heartland Strength Gyms-giving

WHEN

Friday, November 15, 2019
5PM-9PM

WHERE

Heartland Strength
10711 Mockingbird Drive
Omaha, NE 68127

COST

Simply a donation.
Pre-registraion for the workouts and shirts has ended but we are still open to donations for a great cause.

FRANABEL was developed to honor the memory of Brenda Stern, mother of avid Omaha CrossFitter and Heartland Strength founding member Katie Sharp. Brenda passed away suddenly in January 2019 due to lung cancer.

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month so all profits from the event are being donated to the American Lung Association

To combine the strengths of CrossFit athletes AND Olympic lifters, we’ve put together a combination of speed and strength with benchmark workouts “Fran” (21-15-9 reps of thrusters + pull-ups 95/65/lb) and “Isabel” (30 snatches for time 135/95lb).

**

PLEASE NOTE: Shirt orders for the event have expired. However, if you would like to donate, and/or do the workouts and attend please continue! Workouts ARE NOT required if you would simply like to donate.

**

Athletes may choose EITHER workout to complete, or choose to do FRANABEL (both workouts) during the night. Workouts do not have to be done consecutively and there is no time constraint required to finish. We just want participation in a fun event for a good cause with profits being donated to the American Lung Association.
